Family · Cosmetic · Implant Dentistry
Hammons Family Dental is a family, cosmetic, and implant dentistry practice with two offices in Central Texas — Georgetown and North Austin — led by U.S. Army veteran Dr. Travis Hammons, DDS. Same-day CEREC crowns are milled in-house, implants are planned on in-office 3D imaging, and appointment time is held every weekday for emergencies.
Comprehensive exam, digital x-rays, healthy-mouth cleaning, and an oral cancer screening — everything a first visit should include. *For patients without dental insurance. Insured patients: we accept most major PPO plans and verify benefits before your visit.
Georgetown
1502 Blue Ridge Dr., Ste. 101, Georgetown, TX 78626North Austin
10740 Research Blvd., Ste. 125, Austin, TX 78759Why patients stay
Dr. Hammons has practiced in the Austin area since 2009. Patients see the same dentist year after year — not a rotating roster — and treatment plans are explained before anything is committed to.
Permanent CEREC crowns designed, milled, and bonded in one visit. Emergency appointment time reserved every weekday, at both offices, for patients who need to be seen today.
Dr. Hammons served as a U.S. Army dentist in Germany and Iraq. Veterans, active-duty families, and VA Community Care referrals are always welcome — and so is everyone from kids to grandparents.

Meet the doctor
“A smile is the best thing you can wear — and I'm here to make sure it shines.”
Dr. Travis Hammons earned his DDS from the University of the Pacific's Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, then served as a U.S. Army dentist in Germany and Iraq, where he was awarded the Army Commendation Medal. He has practiced in and around Austin since 2009 and opened the Georgetown office in 2025.
His approach is unhurried and direct: exams that take the time they need, treatment plans explained with your own imaging on the screen, and sedation offered honestly — never upsold.
